Earth Systems designs, builds, supplies, installs, and commissions CharMaker pyrolysis plants. We also train and certify operators in their use and provide ongoing technical support. The CharMaker technology is a self-sustaining system, utilising the energy within the biomass to power its process.
This is an energy efficient technology with minimal fuel operating costs and improved environmental outcomes. The process is initiated from a waste light-oil, biodiesel or diesel burner.
Commercial plants are deployed via two different systems, which are optimised for varying feedstock types:
• Batch System (MPP & FPP) that takes logs, sleepers, branches, orchard pruning’s and the like.
• Continuous System (CPP) that takes chipped woody biomass, compost, manure, leaves, grass clipping, hay/straw and nut shells, husks, biosolids and more.
o CPP200, 500, 1000, 2000 providing processing capacities from 200 kg/hr up to 2.0+ t/hr
CharMaker systems are successfully operating in Australia, Europe, Middle East and Asia, supporting industries in agriculture, forestry, waste management and biochar production.
